On Thursday June 14th, the JKP team received their third consecutive SPARK FASTTRACK AWARD at the Graduate in Downtown Ann Arbor. It was a room filled with great folks and incredible businesses. FastTrack awards are presented to companies with impressive records of growth. Recipients of 2018 FastTrack awards were required to have revenue of at least $100,000 in 2014, with an annual growth of 20 percent for the following three years.Thank you for the honor and the recognition Ann Arbor Spark!

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our completely new website. In a business where we renovate and rehab properties every day, this was something new and challenging. That’s why we partnered with the best ad agency in the area to ensure a smooth transition. New features include online payment by eCheck, and, for the first time, credit card. Searching by availability, bedrooms, or by map has never been easier for prospective tenants. Submitting maintenance requests is as easy as clicking a button. Our investors weren’t left out of this transition either. We now feature an owner portal where clients can check account balances and see transactions in real time. Digital document storage and EFT owner draws keep everything running smoothly.

Celebrating Six Strong Years

On September 1st six years ago, J Keller Properties was established. Starting with one client and a vision, our portfolio has grown to over 100 properties – essentially doubling our property count every year. For six years, we’ve been dedicated to providing clients with the highest quality full-service property management, maintenance and sales. In the coming years, we anticipate continued growth while maintaining our commitment to phenomenal customer service. New Online Payment System

Attention residents: you now have the option to pay your rent online! We have incorporated a payment system into the website which allows you to pay rent with an eCheck (electronic check). To complete a payment on the website, click the “pay rent” tab and follow the simple steps. For a small convenience fee, you save the time and hassle it takes to send a check via snail mail. eChecks and credit card payments are processed quickly and will never get lost in the mail. Please note that there will be no grace period for online payments; Rent is due on the 1st.
