Voted Best Landlord in Town…again!

J. Keller Properties, LLC is pleased to announce we have been awarded “Best Landlord in Ann Arbor” by the Michigan Daily for the second straight year (2013 & 2014). Beating out companies 10 times our size was no easy feat, but we attribute our success to treating our customers and our clients with respect and honesty. We couldn’t be more appreciative to all who have supported us.

Our 3rd Anniversary!

On this day three years ago, J Keller Properties was established. Starting with one client and a vision, our portfolio has now grown to over 50 residences, while the number of properties we manage has more than doubled each year. For three years we’ve been dedicated to providing clients with the highest quality full-service property management. In the coming years we anticipate continued growth while maintaining our commitment to low cost services. Three years of building a portfolio and building relationships has led us here, and the future looks bright. Thank you for your continued support!

Our New Office

We’ve opened a new downtown Ann Arbor office in the 100 block of W. Liberty. The location, directly above the West End Grill, will aid in servicing University of Michigan students and all centrally located clientele. The opening will also allow J. Keller Properties to market its services to other businesses in downtown Ann Arbor.

The opening comes after 6 months of searching for space. The nearly 800 square foot office is over 100 years old and overlooks W. Liberty between Main and First streets.

J. Keller Properties specializes in rental housing in the Ann Arbor area. They have a diverse portfolio ranging from student rentals to executive living.
