Obtain bids and proposals from vendors
Contract vendors to perform services and oversee progress
Representative will attend Board meetings (up to 6 annually) and annual meetings

Collection of Assessments and Dues
Deposit of collections
Processing and handling of delinquent accounts
Provide Board with monthly financial records and statements
