Association Management
J Keller Properties also specializes in the management of associations of all sizes in Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. We provide both necessary services to keep the Association running smoothly:
Administrative
- Weekly drive by viewings
- Association 'Rules and Regulations' enforcement
- Compile full roster of all current homeowners and create e-mail database
- Devote webpage at www.jkellerproperties.com to Association with news and info
- Obtain bids and proposals from vendors
- Contract vendors to perform services and oversee progress
- Representative will attend Board meetings (up to 6 annually) and annual meetings
- Unlimited support and conference calls with Board
Financial
- Collection of Assessments and Dues
- Deposit of collections
- Processing and handling of delinquent accounts
- Provide Board with monthly financial records and statements
- Payment to vendors and other Association obligations
- Assist with annual budget
Simply put, we collect dues, pay bills, and provide financial info to the Board.
Fee structures vary with scope of work and size of Association. We traditionally have three tiers of Association management based on size:
Tier 1 - 0-99 units
Tier 2 - 100-299 units
Tier 3 - 299 + units
