This absolutely beautiful 4-plex was sadly underperforming when acquired by J. Keller Properties . JKP quickly stepped in and made cost efficient improvements and simple value add propositions to the units, addressed a number of maintenance items, painted the interior and upgraded an outdated and inefficient boiler. Within the first year under management, the property renewal rate was 75% and the rent roll was increased by 10%. The tenants were thrilled with the updates.

Jonathan spent years in the building and construction trades and specializes in custom carpentry. He brings an abundance of project based knowledge and an organizational prowess to our team. Jonathan has successfully obtained his real estate license and his builders license since joining J Keller. After just one year on the team, Jonathan was promoted to Maintenance Coordinator. Keeping all our Technicians organized and informing owners of service items is a snap shot of how Jonathan spends his day. Imported from Grand Rapids in 2013, Mike joined the J. Keller team shortly after graduating from U of M with a degree in Sport Management. His passion for Real Estate and customer service is apparent in his daily responsibilities managing a portfolio of 200 properties.
